Disentangle Sessions
For Self-Development, Business Clarity, and Creative Flow
A Disentangle Session is a sacred space to slow down and explore what’s tangled — in your mind, your work, or your story. It’s for those moments when something doesn’t feel aligned, or when you’re ready to reconnect with your purpose and perspective.
Together, we’ll look at what’s beneath the surface — the patterns, beliefs, or blocks that might be clouding your clarity. Sometimes that work is deeply personal. Other times, it’s professional: finding your authentic voice online, realigning your WordPress website, or refining your SEO and content strategy so your message truly reflects who you are.
These sessions can unfold as a journey of self-discovery, business realignment, or both — because often, they’re two sides of the same coin.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive access to my calendar to book your 60–90 minute session, and a short module to share what’s calling to be explored. From there, we follow the threads — intuitively, intelligently, and from the heart.

About me:
I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology, a PGCE, and a BPsych Equivalent, with years of experience in education, psychometrics, and the medico-legal field. Later, my path expanded into content marketing, SEO, storytelling, and WordPress strategy and website creation — helping people communicate their essence clearly and authentically online.
Now, my work brings all these threads together. The analytical and the intuitive, the seen and the unseen — to support you in reclaiming your voice, your vision, and your wisdom.
Akashic Record Readings
A Sacred Journey into the Soul
The Akashic Records are often described as the energetic field that holds the story of your soul — a place where your experiences, lessons, and possibilities are woven together in light.
For me, this is not fortune-telling. It’s a sacred dialogue — a space of remembering. When I enter your Records, I do so with reverence, guided by intention and love. What emerges is often clarity, affirmation, or healing — an echo from your higher self reminding you of who you already are.
Each reading is a unique experience, shaped by your question and your readiness to receive.
I currently offer two types of Akashic Record readings:
- Voice Note Reading (You don’t need to be present) – £77
You send a short voice note with your question or theme, and I listen to it after I access your Records.
I’ll then share the messages, imagery, and insights that arise — a personal transmission you can return to again and again.
- Journey Reading (Live Call) – £99
A 60–90 minute call where we open the Records together. These sessions often unfold like a deep conversation with your soul. Exploring the unseen patterns guiding your life, the wisdom within your challenges, and the pathways opening before you. This could open aspects of your journey for further discovery or we can be guided to certain healing practices within our time together. This is why I suggest a 90-minute block on our calendars, although it could be a shorter time together.
