Foundation of Self is the opening season of the Wisdom Seekers Society. Although, only as it falls in the start of our calendar years. It is in no way a beginning, bur rather a deepening. It is rooted in the sacred element of Water and invites you back to the ground of your own being. Across these months, we explore the Earth Star Chakra, Root Chakra, and Sacral Chakra through the themes of confidence, connection, and story and play. This is a season of remembering. A season of coming home to the body, to belonging, and to the wisdom that lives beneath the noise.
Drawing on Process Philosophy, tree myths, symbolic reflection, and soulful dialogue, Foundation of Self helps you build a steadier relationship with yourself and life. We journey with stories such as Yggdrasil, the Baobab, and the Tree of Emergence, alongside living texts like The Alchemist, to explore what it means to root, to feel, and to become. This space gathers the teachings, practices, and reflections of the season into one place, offering a deeper way into self-trust, inner safety, imagination, and embodied wisdom.
